Burpees
Pull­ups
Hanging Leg Raises
Sandbag clean and press.
Crunches
Kettlebell Swings (w/sandbag)
Chin­ups
Hang
Sandbag Squats, alternating shoulders
Box Jumps
Shrugs
(skip last exercise)
