Now in its 16th year, the Capital to Coast Cycle Challenge for Charity takes place on Sunday, 10 July, 2011, and will raise money for three good causes: Norwood, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the Down's Syndrome Association. There are three routes: a 60-mile London to Hove route, a 60-mile Hove to Hove circular route, and a 30-mile Haywards Heath to Hove route. Last year, more than 1,500 cyclists took part in Capital to Coast and raised over GBP250,000. So why not convert your pedal power into vital funds and make this year's ride even more successful?
