Runners are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero for the fun run and costume contests. Once the Superheroes have completed their challenge and saved the day, a superhero party full of festivities awaits both the Superheroes and all spectators. There will be food, beer (one free beer per registrant 21 and over), live music, games, costume contest, and much more.

This is the most fun you'll have this Fall! The Rogue FAT ASS series is a points-based series designed to encourage friendly competition and the enjoyment of trail running and racing. Courses vary in length from 6 mi to 18mi where new and experienced trail runners will enjoy the friendly, grass roots atmosphere and the fun and challenging trails close to Austin. This two race series will happen on October 3rd and November 21st , 2010. Each race will feature a 10k (6mi) series and a 30k(18mi) race series. Runners must enter the series to be eligible for awards. Participants can sign up for either race individually to join in the fun without being in the series. The first race in the Rogue Fat Ass Trial Series, "the Rough" on October 3rd will be at McKinney Roughs. McKinney Roughs is a 1,100 acre nature park, located just 13 miles east of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. This park features short hills, twisting turns as well as sections with long straight a-ways on a combination of jeep trail and single-track to keep runners entertained as they travel along the Colorado River. The Rogue Fat Ass Trail Series culminates with "the Mule", held on Sunday, November 21st at Muleshoe Bend on the upper south side of Lake Travis. These trails feature tons of cactus and rocks to trip runners up during the race. Enjoy the technical single-track trail that twists through trees along Lake Travis. Intended to help participants progress as a trail runner, this 2-race series provides beautiful scenery and tons of fun!

This is the 2nd Annual Pick Up Your Feet for Parkinson's 5K and Fun Run; the net profit is donated to the M.J. Fox Foundation to help find a cure of Parkinson's. Start your Fall running season at this fun event in Georgetown, Texas! This is a chip-timed event that is held in San Gabriel Park and travels along the San Gabriel River.
