About Me: I am 25 & currently living in Atlanta. I enjoy reading, red wine, and running verrry long distances.
I have been running since before I could walk and always enjoyed pushing myself from as far back as I can remember. I rode my bike across Georgia when I was 9 years old and competed in triathlons when I was 9-12 years old. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. The symptons emerged over the course of a month and I had lost 40lbs,blurry vision, and walking across the room was a tough undertaking. So I ran my first marathon a few days later, hitting the wall Hard immediatly, but ran every step. While trying to kill me, diabetes actually lit a fire inside myself.
