About Me: Since I was a little one I was into athletics and games. I attended the University of Miami in Florida, where I studied Biology and Business Management and received a bachelors degree. While I  attend the U I played soccer. After graduating I drove from Miami to Alaska where I worked in the fish industry and developed a deeper appreciation for our natural world so I went back to Florida and began working with the National Audubon Society and developed the Environmental Economics Council that was made up of local business owners and political leaders.
Later I took my work to D.C. where I worked with the National Parks Conservation Association, Cultural Diversity Program. I created their Education Program and expanded it into a national cultural and natural educ. program that introduced them to the natural world. Here I also created lobby teams and lobbied for bills that involved preserving historic sites related to Amercan Indians and African Americans.
The work was wonderful but I realized that I could make a larger impact by introducing people to the healing art of yoga. Many of these foundations that I wrote grants to and the politicians who made decisions wether or not to approve the bills needed to open up their tight bodies in order to make more heart felt decisions. So I attended the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, CA.
Since then I have taught in over 40 yoga schools and was sponsored by Yoga Journal Magazine to travel around the states leading Synergy Workshops at their conferences and seminars.
I am now also opening a yoga school in Lima, Peru in order to share yoga with my family who still recides there but I continue to live out of my suitcase and enjoying the travels and sharing these healing arts with new people.

Business Description: I currently own and manage two businesses:
Synergy which is a healing art that combines Partner Stretching and Thai Massage. I travel the world teaching workshops in this art. This March I will be leading a Synergy Teacher Training in Tulum, Mexico. People from all over the continent will gather in Tulum in order to learn how to conduct workshops and coorporate team building exercises that go way beyond the everyday team building exercises that our outdated. Synergy inspires trust, communication, and playfulness in a setting that also requires people to confront fear and discomfort in order to learn something about themselves and the people they are working with.
Todoanahata, (todo, means everything and anahata, is the heart Chakra), is made up of a collaboration of friends, yoga teachers, and workers of healing arts who wish to share their gifts with others. The Todo Anahata group has been traveling to sacred sites all over the world and learning from the elders in these communities. It is our great pleasure to invite you to join us on our journies.

Currently, TodoAnahata conducts retreats to the Peruvian Andes, Mexico's Mayan lands and to the healing medium John of God in Brazil. In order for the retreat participants to receive a holistic experience we incorporate the teachings of yoga, Thai Massage, and lessons from the local seers or shamans in the areas we visit. Of course, we incorporate into our trips the most amazing food you will find prepared with the local ingredients and flavor.
Coraje, courage, is the root of the Corazon, heart. Through travel and by being submerged in other insightful traditions we learn about ourselves and how to improve ourselves through reflection and practice.
