About Me: I love being outdoors to surf, ski, hike, run, kayak etc. One reason is to keep in shape and be healthy but I also find that being in the mountains, at the beach or in a beautiful natural setting to be a spiritual experience.


Motivation: Being athletic keeps my mind and body healthy. That's my main motivation.
Favorite People / Places: Traveling in general and experiencing new places and cultures. I usually try to incorporate some kind of outdoor sports activity into my vacations if possible ie surfing in Costa Rica and Mexico also hiking and whitewater rafting in Peru as well as paragliding in New Zealand.
