About Me: Quick bio - this is my 22nd year of endurance racing.  I have competed
in Ironman, Double Ironman, all distances of tri's, 100 mile runs and
ultramarathons, ultracycling races. My toughest race was this years Virginia Double Ironman (my first
double vs. The Ultraman that was held over three days that I did
twice).  It was 93 degrees with 82 percent humidity and a day with lots
of up's and a few downs during the final 52.4 mile run.  The race was
the "dream race" for many years and I was very happy with the effort. 
The 4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52.4 mile run took me 32 hours
(October). This year I will compete in the World double ironman championships in
Quebec City and finish the year with the Double Ironman in Virginia.
