Workout Routines / Fitness Tips:
Workout Routines: Run 10M in the freezing rain for lunch; Run 22M at lunch during IM volume build; Saturday long session: swim 5M with marathon swim buddy, then bike 125M with cat 3 bike buddy, then run half marathon with marathon run buddy; 4000 laps (20,000yds) in the pool followed by 2hours of weights, then a 60M bike ride; 12M Hill repeats on an 18% hill (1.5M) the day after the Saturday long session.
Fitness Tips: Don't eat yellow snow; 600 AB reps is not enough
