About Me:
I was born in Oxford, England, raised in Miami, FL. Moved to St. Petersburg, FL and lived on the beach. I moved to New York City to become a flight attendant for NWA and enjoyed my time in the Big Apple. That is where I got my love for running and biking. Moved back to Florida. I did my first Triathlon last year and my first marathon in SanFrancisco this year. I enjoyed the triathlon but won't do a full marathon again, just too much for me.

To be in the best shape my body can actually be in. Marry my soulmate. Raise godly, respectable, humble boys to men! Put them all through college. See the world with my kids. Start my own business, all natural soaps, body lotions, etc. Maybe have a child w/my soulmate? Help single Mom's have a better future!

Favorite People / Places: <p>The people in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Iguazu Falls, Brazil and Uruguay were such happy and friendly people. Iguazu Falls was absolutely breathtaking! Beautiful waterfalls and lush rain forrest.</p> <p>Moscow, Russia was interesting. Your either very rich or very poor there. The orphanages were heartbreaking. I just wanted to bring all those children home with me! They are dirty and not well taken care of.</p> <p>Boston Lincolnshire, England is where my family lives. The castles and countrysides are beautiful and filled will history and mystery! London's always an adventure in itself! The fast life vs the laid back slow pace of the country! Always friendly mates there! Pubs and pints!</p>

The cuban food is awesome in Miami, FL. Mojito's are the best in Brazil!

That's the only TV I watch. Rather spend time with my boys! Of course that is our sushi night! All four boys love sushi!</p>
Favorite Book / Magazines: <p>Right now I'm reading "Adrift". True story about a man out at sea for 76 days in a dinky he named "Rubber Duckie III". Quite the survivor.</p>

Workout Routines / Fitness Tips: <p>I'm busy with four boys ranging in age from a just turned 6yr old to a 14 yr old! They keep me busy and I workout at work (Adidas) and with the kids! Swimming, soccer, tennis, baseball and were always on the trampoline. </p>

Dreams: <p>Move to Miami, marry my soulmate, travel with my sons and see the world, experience different cultures. To start an organization for Single Mom's. Help them get an education, be productive and be an inspiration to their children as they work hard for a better future for them! That's where I'm at right now! </p>

First giving birth to each of my sons!!! Wow children change your life for the better. You truly learn what "UNCONDITIONAL LOVE" is!!! And of course completing my Triathlon and Marathon.
