Real Name: Brian Aston
Gender: Male
Birthday: Aug 26, 1972
Age: 40
City: Springfield
State: MO
About Me: Ex-military medical professional who has finally grown up and has a real job, but needs the challenge of high mountains, wide rivers and deep canyons to help distract from the daily grind.  Finally learning that life really is what you make of it and if you snooze, you lose.
Motivation: My family, to make them proud.  Secretly, to fight age and dysfunction to the death like a demon cobra.
Goals: To stay healthy and happy!
Sponsors: Just me, and a little encouragement from the guys I train with Wally and Bruce.  Oh, and a little encouragement from Andy Weinberg, always convinced I can do more than I think I can.
Occupation: Physician Assistant, Athletic Trainer
Workout Routines / Fitness Tips: Later...not my workout but this section.
Top Sports: Triathlon
Hobbies:
Dreams: Not a certain race, distance or amount of money.  Just to be able to look back and say I did it right, fought hard, lived well and loved much.
Defining Moments: Haven't thought about this for a while, but I do have a few I suppose.  Graduating Rescue Swimmer school at the top of my class with new records in the buddy tow, breath hold, and max push-ups and sit-ups in 2 minutes.  Dive school in itself.  The days I got medals for lives saved and a mine spotted during the first Gulf War. Not pissing myself during a visit from a Tiger Shark on a night dive.  The day I had the first patient call me to say I'd saved her life.  More than all, the days my kids were born and i realized what it really is all about.
