About 60-70MPW...on average an hour a day M-F. Hills on Tuesday, tempo on Thursday. M,W,F easy on trails. Sat 20+ on trails when I can, Sunday, whatever I have left in me after Sat, I'll do.
I like to race an ultra trail race once a month for motivation and will throw in road 5K's here and there for speed.
