Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven HR Manager who can assess the recruitment processes of various teams and design them effectively. You will partner with hiring managers and team leaders, build strong relationships, and improve high performing teams by understanding their needs. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of Peak’s organizational structure, operations, and values; while putting this knowledge into practice to drive our people-focus culture.
Here's what you'll do
- Implement HR strategies that align with the overall business goals and foster organizational growth
- Take ownership of your recruitment efforts, managing priorities and driving results with autonomy
- Provide highly tailored recruiting activities to meet Peak’s hiring needs and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and end-to-end new hire experience
- Work closely with hiring managers to define needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and design structured interview processes
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas that attract the best talent
- Use various tools and diverse channels to find passive candidates and build a strong candidate flow
- Use data to tell compelling stories that drive insights and decision-making
- Participate in various university activities, whether on campus or in our office, to share our culture and foster future recruitment initiatives
- Handle several projects in an accurate and successful manner
Desired skills and experiences
- 5+ years of HR experience (at least 3+ years of managerial experience)
- Expertise in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment with constant deadlines
- Hands-on, proactive approach with a self-starter mentality
- Strong organizational, project management abilities and problem-solving skills
